A. The Managed Lease Program is tailored to maximize the efficiency of each harvest region and timeframe. Your MachineryLink Regional Sales Manager can provide cost per acre, cost per separator hour and other metrics that fit your overall profit strategy and business plan.

A. A Customer Service Rep (CSR) from MachineryLink will begin contacting you 85 days in advance of the delivery date specified on your contract to discuss any modification to that date. You will receive another call from our CSR 15 days in advance of the delivery date to re-confirm and secure that date to be valid. In the event that a late delivery occurs within the parameters of the agreement, MachineryLink will apply a penalty credit to your account for each late day.

A. In the cab of every combine is a toll-free number that connects you with a group of Technical Service Reps (TSR) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever in doubt about the combine operation, contact the TSR and they will work with you to determine the best solution. If service is required, they will coordinate with the nearest service facility to get the machine back up and running. If the service technician determines the repair will take more than 96 hours to correct, we will locate and deliver a substitute machine to continue your harvest.

A. MachineryLink covers the majority of routine maintenance cost and repair. Damage caused by abuse or neglect will be charged to the customer. Grease, grease gun and oil are provided to the customer, and they are expected to perform daily required maintenance. (belts and chopper assembly will be cost-shared at 50% with the customer)

A. MachineryLink Transport will provide transportation to and from the location specified on your agreement. Transportation fees will be applied depending upon the location of the customer. A fuel surcharge will be billed after pick-up, based upon current diesel fuel prices.

A. Customers provide their own heads and platforms. MachineryLink may collaborate with manufacturers on promotions for specific platforms and heads. Your MachineryLink RSM will also have regional information on head availability.

A. No, we focus our resources on state-of-the-art combines, the most expensive and underutilized machine on a farm.

A. The three-year lease agreement is the standard program for all customers, and provides the advantage of a pre-determined machine cost over the term of the agreement. A flex option is available for a nominal fee that allows a customer to exit the agreement after the 1st year without further obligation for years 2 and 3. Your MachineryLink Regional Sales Manager will be more than happy to discuss these options with you.

A. Lease packages are tailored to the needs of each harvest season. Our Regional Sales Managers will consult with you to discuss options that will best suit your needs and meet the qualifications for our lease agreement.

A. MachineryLink provides field-ready, well maintained and serviced combines to the customer. The customer provides his own heads and platforms, operator, fuel and insurance, including ingestion-specific insurance. If you do not carry your own ingestion insurance, a rider is required at a nominal cost. The customer mounts and removes the duals and removes major dust and debris from the machine and its bin prior to return.

A. Four-wheel drive is available on our Premium John Deere and CaseIH fleet. Please consult with your Regional Sales Manager if this is a requirement for your operation.

A. Yes, our Guaranteed Purchase Program (GPP) is designed to provide an alternative for our customers to remarket their used combine. Your Regional Sales Manager will have all the details of this program, and how it is possible to use the equity in your current machine to cover the cost of the Managed Lease Program.
